This fixture will be the end of double header weekend games of IPL season thirteen where Royal Challengers Bangalore will lock horns with Sun Risers Hyderabad in 52nd match which will be held on 31st October, Saturday at 7:30pm IST at Sharjah Cricket Stadium.
It will be an important game for both the contending teams in different scenarios RCB has 14 points on board and stand at second place on points table but are two points away to make their spot in playoffs if RCB losses today they will not be qualified for playoffs and they haven’t been put big totals on board and have concerns in the middle order so they will be much dependant on top order Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers who need to pull up their sock at this very crucial stage.
On the other hand Sun Risers Hyderabad stand at penultimate stage on the points table with registering five wins in played 12 games and have a decent chances of making it to playoffs if they win their remaining two games due to their positive Net Run Rate after defeating DC by 88 runs in their preceding match. They made an intrepid decision by taking Wriddhiman Saha in place of Jonny Bairstow thus he justified his selection by scoring 85 off 47 balls and at the bowling front Rashid Khan made one of the best performance in IPL with three wickets for just seven runs in his four overs.
In their previous meeting in match 3 of the tournament RCB won by 10 runs even after Bairstow scoring 50 so it will be interesting match to see who fortunes turn up to their side.
